Revolution English and Noticias para Inmigrantes are among the fastest growing nonprofit digital media ventures in the country reaching Spanish-speaking immigrants. Revolution English has become one of the largest mobile English-learning programs designed specifically to meet the needs of immigrant adult learners. In 2020, we responded to the growing need for reliable, trustworthy news about policies and resources for immigrants by launching Noticias para Inmigrantes. Since then, both nonprofit (c3/c4) media properties have built a base of 3 million Spanish-speaking immigrants on Facebook Messenger, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok by delivering trusted information and resources, and mobilizing our subscribers for civic engagement. Our English-lessons, cash, food, and immigration-related content has had over 14million views on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. In 2020, we drove our 778,000 subscribers to share more than 6.5 million personalized voting messages with friends and family.
We are immigrants and children of immigrants who are passionate about leveraging media to place the power of information directly into our communities. We have a small and growing team that brings a diverse mix of skills and experiences in media, technology, immigrant services, advocacy, education, civic engagement.
